Refund & Returns Policy

We want you to love your Mindluy purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

30-Day Guarantee. You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original condition and packaging. Contact us at hello@mindluy.com with your order number to start a return — we'll reply within 24 hours (business days) with return instructions.

Refunds. Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you and process your refund to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was faulty.

Faulty or damaged items. If your item arrives damaged or develops a fault within the 12-month warranty period, contact us with photos and your order number. We'll replace it or refund you — whichever you prefer — at no cost to you.
