Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 24 hours on business days and shipped with full tracking.

Delivery timeframes:

- UK: 7–14 business days

- Australia: 7–14 business days

- New Zealand: 8–15 business days

- Rest of world: 10–20 business days

A tracking link is emailed to you at dispatch. Delivery times are estimates and may vary during peak periods. If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated window, contact us at hello@mindluy.com and we'll investigate immediately.

Lost or undelivered parcels. If a parcel is confirmed lost in transit, we'll send a free replacement or issue a full refund — your choice.
