Products & orders. All products are described as accurately as possible; minor variations in colour or packaging may occur. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order (e.g. suspected fraud or pricing errors) with a full refund.

Pricing. Prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. Prices and promotions may change without notice.

Health disclaimer. Our products are relaxation and muscle-recovery aids, not medical devices. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition. Consult a healthcare professional before use if you are pregnant, have a medical condition, or use an implanted medical device. Discontinue use if you experience pain or discomfort.

Intellectual property. All content on this site — text, images, branding — is owned by or licensed to Mindluy and may not be reproduced without permission.

Limitation of liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
